Photography is the first impression in your buyer’s mind. The buyer has not physically seen the property it is the photography and the virtual tour that gives the first insight to the buyer. Good photography will make the buyer want to visit the property. There are different options for photographing a house. Below list some of the common ones.
- Photography – Still photographs are the go-to for real estate photography. The pictures that show on the listing should be taken by professional photographers. They know the angles and lighting to make a picture stand out to a potential buyer.
- Virtual tour – A virtual tour is a 3D demonstration of the property layout. The tripod is moved a few feet at a time and a picture is taken. A 3D picture is captured. You can see all around the camera as the camera has more than one lens. Moving through the rooms you get a flow to the property; you would not find this anywhere else. It is recommended to have a virtual tour done of your house.
- Drone Photography – Some real estate photographers offer drone photography. These photographs show an aerial view of the property as well as other views. Drone photos allow buyers to get a better understanding of what the property looks like, its dimensions, and the surrounding area. Drone photographers can video the property from outside giving a fresh perspective on the house.
- Video – A video tour of the property can appeal to potential buyers. The videographer will walk through your property filming the different rooms and exterior. He will accentuate the positive features of the room. This video is good for advertising use.
